Dai Nam University Signs a Cooperation Agreement with Chungwoon University—The World

Dai Nam University is continuing to establish a collaboration agreement with Chungwoon University in South Korea in order to expand international training cooperation with prominent universities in the region and around the world, as well as to accomplish the aim of 100% of students becoming global citizens.

Remarking at the signing ceremony, Dai Nam University's Rector, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Van Hong, stated that the cooperation between Vietnam and South Korea is increasing in all spheres, including education. This improves the conditions for Vietnamese students to study, exchange, intern, and work in South Korea.

The collaboration between Dai Nam University and Chungwoon University marks a positive step in implementing the University's worldwide education goal. This "handshake" will help both universities improve training quality and foster international cooperation, as well as contribute to the enhancement of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and South Korea.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Van Hong expressed, “I anticipate that both parties will engage in profound and comprehensive collaboration in training sectors that represent future trends.”

Areas of Mutual Interest  Between the Two Universities

After examining relevant issues, Dai Nam University and Chungwoon University agreed to collaborate in the following areas:

  • The two universities exchange lecturers and students in disciplines such as Korean Language and Culture, Tourism, and Travel Service Management, as well as other related fields. This activity exposes lecturers and students to international learning environments and teaching methods, hence boosting Korean language proficiency, professional abilities, and specialized knowledge.

  • Academic information and materials are shared. This allows both universities to have access to cutting-edge information and a wide range of academic resources, thereby increasing educational quality.

  • Both colleges work on projects and pool resources to help each other. This allows both universities to work together on joint initiatives, share resources, and improve cooperation in scientific research and program development.

Mr. Chung Yoon stated: "Chungwoon University is ready to welcome students from universities, including Dai Nam University, to study and experience."
