After 15 years of development, Dai Nam University has undergone remarkable improvement in terms of training facilities.

Dai Nam University now spans a total area of 89,643.5 m2 (nearly 9 hectares for the school complex). After the first construction phase, 16,631 m2 of gross floor area had been completed, including conference halls, lecture hall buildings, libraries, learning resource centers, laboratories, multi-purpose sport centers, 3 football fields, 3 basketball courts, and a national defense training ground.

Especially, at the “Hanoi - Cooperation in Investment and Development” conference (June 27, 2020), Dai Nam University had the honor of being the only educational institution in Vietnam among 229 Capital enterprises to be given state funding for its construction in the center of Ha Dong district, Hanoi.
After the groundbreaking ceremony on 10 January 2021, the second phase in the construction project of Dai Nam University officially commenced, with a total investment of VND 1,800 billion.
As approved by Ha Noi City Council, Dai Nam University would focus on building the following categories:

It is expected that Dai Nam University complex will be completed in 2025 - 2027. The second 9-storey building, along with other constructions, became fully operational on May 1, 2022 to celebrate the 15th Anniversary Celebration (November 14, 2022).
The basis of our training principles is: theory must always be connected to actual experiences for students to grasp the expertise and master practical skills. Dai Nam University is also the first institution offering 3-star, 4-star and 5-star hotel models for students in the Faculty of Tourism.
Other majors including: Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, Accounting, Finance - Banking, Information Technology, Oriental Studies - Japanese, Chinese Language & Culture, and Korean Language & Culture all have dedicated practicing & experiment facilities, high-tech labs, modern classrooms designed according to the Japanese standard. These facilities provide authentic research conditions and working environment, giving students early exposure in their university years.
