IV. ORGANIZATIONAL OPERATION
Our 2025 development strategy and 2030 vision are driven by a set of 5-year plans divided into annual plans and targets, which are widely assigned to every student and every unit.
Each department gets to design its yearly plan, based on mutual goals, and deliberately finish its tasks. School-based organizations such as Trade Unions, Youth Unions, and Student Associations take the responsibility of actively building creative plans to implement the Development Strategy of Dai Nam University.
Every year, we reassess the completion of the strategy, usually on the occasion of the Staff conference and the school year's review. On that basis, we determine and adjust new goals for the following school year.
By 2025, a comprehensive review of the Development Strategy will be conducted, to formulate a new plan for the next period.
