Super CEO 2025 – The Journey to Shape Future Leaders

Dai Nam University has always been a pioneer in creating intellectual playgrounds, allowing students to challenge themselves, hone their skills, and affirm their mettle. Among these standout initiatives is the Super CEO 2025 competition, organized by the Faculty of Business Administration.

Super CEO 2025 - The official playground for young leaders

Launched for the first time, Super CEO 2025 is set to become a premier annual event, attracting not only students from Dai Nam University but also participants from various universities and academies across Northern Vietnam.

The competition is supported by top CEOs and business experts, offering contestants with invaluable opportunities to learn and gain practical insights into the business landscape. 

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Thi Lien - Vice Rector, Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration, shared: "Super CEO is not just a competition but also an arena of intellect and resilience. We hope this event will ignite the spirit of leadership, the ambition to conquer, and the courage to think and act boldly among students, not only at Dai Nam University but also across the student community in Northern Vietnam."

The Journey to Conquer the Super CEO Title

The competition consists of four rounds:

• CEO Resilience
• Integration
• Breakthrough
• Conquest

The CEO Resilience round attracted over 500 applications, with 286 outstanding candidates advancing to the Integration round.

Following the Integration round, the top 60 contestants will proceed to the Breakthrough round, where the most exceptional individuals will be selected to compete in the final Conquest round.

Nguyen Huu Quan - Founder & CEO of the Dream of the Border Region Social Enterprise Joint Stock Company - a contestant from Dai Nam University, shared: "Super CEO has helped me discover myself and unlock my leadership potential. I’m really looking forward to tackling the upcoming challenges."

Truong Ngoc Hoa - Trade Union University, expressed: "Super CEO brings challenging questions that reflect the qualities of a future leader. I hope to go further and claim the Super CEO title!"
