Press Release: IOPC 2026 International Scientific Conference – How will people and organizations change as AI changes jobs?

Hanoi, October 10, 2026 - Dai Nam University, in collaboration with Hanoi University of Science and Technology, is organizing the International Scientific Conference 2026: Organizational Psychology - Industry in the Digital Age (IOPC 2026) , with the participation of scientists, scholars, and experts from Israel, Canada, Italy, India, China, Russia, and Vietnam .

AI is rapidly changing how people work and how organizations operate. But behind this technological shift lies a bigger question: How will humans adapt?

As AI becomes increasingly involved in recruitment, performance evaluation, management, and decision-making, issues related to leadership, motivation, trust, psychological safety, mental health, and work performance become critical. These are precisely the issues that Organizational and Industrial Psychology needs to research and provide scientific evidence for.

With IOPC 2026, Dai Nam University aims to develop research on human beings in relation to the real-world changes in the labor market and organizations in the digital age; while expanding its international academic cooperation network, connecting research - training - experts - practice.

The plenary session focused on the theme "Artificial Intelligence and Organizational Change Management in the Digital Workplace," along with issues related to leadership, mental health, personnel selection and evaluation, occupational health, and human performance.

IOPC 2026 aims to become an international academic forum where technological changes are viewed from the perspective of an irreplaceable element: people.
