​​​​​After 15 years of development and renovation, Dai Nam University has undergone a significant change in both quantity and quality in its faculty members and staff.

At the start of the period, the total number of staff and faculty members stood at 35 people. Over 15 years, this number reached 800 people, including more than 600 faculty members with 03 Professors, 50 Associate Professors, 125 PhDs, 385 Masters,etc

All lecturers at Dai Nam University received professional training at reputable national and international training institutions. More importantly, Dai Nam University always fosters an environment where the training staff are kept developing in both expertise and professional skills.
