On the morning of March 15, 2016, the signing ceremony of cooperation in organizing the Japanese language exam JLAN – Test between Dai Nam University and JLAN organization took place at the Conference room, Dai Nam University, 56 Vu Trong Phung.

In the world today, many international students and trainees are studying or planning to study Japanese. Among them, the number of students from countries that do not use Chinese characters such as Vietnam, Nepal, Mongolia, etc. accounts for a significant proportion. Understanding this trend, with the aim of helping Vietnamese students in general and Dai Nam students in particular have the opportunity and conditions to study and take the Japanese proficiency test right in their own country for the purpose of studying and working in Japan, Dai Nam University has cooperated with the Japanese Language Education Association for Countries that do not use Chinese characters (JLAN). On the morning of March 15, 2016, the signing ceremony of the cooperation agreement to organize the Japanese language test JLAN - Test between Dai Nam University and JLAN took place at the Conference room, Dai Nam University, 56 Vu Trong Phung. From now on, Dai Nam University will be the facility and trusted address to organize the Japanese language proficiency test JLAN - Test, in Hanoi.

The signing ceremony attracted the participation of many students and trainees who want to improve their Japanese speaking and writing skills.

Attending the signing ceremony, on behalf of JLAN, there were Mr. Kuriyama - Chairman of the Association, Mr. Hashino Nobuo - Principal of Osaka Anami Japanese Language School. On behalf of Dai Nam University, there were Dr. Le Dac Son, Chairman of the Board of Directors, teachers in the School's Board of Directors and many guests and students interested in learning Japanese. In particular, the signing ceremony also had the participation of Miss Universe Pham Huong - a guest of the Association.

Dr. Le Dac Son and Mr. Kuriyama Jiro signed a cooperation agreement to organize the Japanese language exam.

JLAN – Test

The Association for Japanese Language Education for Countries that Do Not Use Kanji was established on October 23, 2015, headquartered at 2-11-2 Sanna, Hakata, Fukuoka City, Japan, with Mr. Kuriyama Jiro as President. The association was established with the purpose of providing Japanese language education for international students from countries that do not use Kanji.

The Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLAN) is a test to assess Japanese language proficiency in countries that do not use Chinese characters. The test is one of the activities of the JLAN Association to help international students from countries that do not use Chinese characters to quickly adapt to life in Japan as well as the Japanese learning environment.

Through the exam, students are given the best conditions to review and take the certificate exam effectively. This is also the basis for students to study, improve their qualifications or work in Japan with the best conditions. The Japanese Language Proficiency Test JLAN - Test is extremely important because for many years, Japanese has been one of the biggest obstacles for students from countries that do not use Chinese characters in general and Vietnam in particular.

The signing of cooperation agreement to participate in the Japanese proficiency test JLAN – Test between Dai Nam University and JLAN Association not only helps Vietnamese students who want to study abroad in Japan, improve their Japanese proficiency but also strengthens the international cooperation relationship of Dai Nam University, tightening the friendship between Vietnam and Japan.
