[Ministry of Education and Training] Decision of Dai Nam University to provide full-time training in Pharmacy

Pursuant to Decree No. 36/2012/ND-CP dated April 18, 2012 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of ministries and ministerial-level agencies.
Pursuant to Decree No. 32/2008/ND-CP dated March 19, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training
Pursuant to Circular No. 14/2010/TT-BGDDT dated April 27, 2010 of the Minister of Education and Training promulgating the list of education and training level IV at college and university levels
Pursuant to Circular No. 08/2011/TT-BGDDT dated February 17, 2011 of the Minister of Education and Training stipulating conditions, records, procedures for opening training majors, suspending enrollment, revoking decisions on opening majors, training at university and college levels
Considering the proposal of the President of Dai Nam University, Director of the Department of Higher Education,

Article 1 : Assign Dai Nam University to train regular university-level Pharmacy, code 52720401
Article 2: The quota of the above-mentioned major is within the total quota of the regular system of the School. Admission, organization of training process, assessment of learning outcomes and award of degrees are carried out in accordance with current regulations on regular training of the Ministry of Education and Training.
Article 3 : This Decision comes into force from the date of signing.
Article 4: The Chief of Office, Director of the Department of Higher Education, heads of relevant units of the Ministry of Education and Training, and the principal of Dai Nam University are responsible for implementing this decision.
