From vision to action: Which experts will work together to create a "happy university" in Vietnam?
In the draft Political Report of the 14th National Congress of the Party, for the first time, "happiness" is placed on par with core national values such as peace, independence, democracy, wealth, prosperity, and civilization. This shows that the requirements for human development in the new era are not limited to knowledge or professional skills, but also aim towards quality of life and comprehensive development.

For higher education, this is also a time to ask a big question: Is a successful university enough if its students aren't truly happy?
As more and more students face mental stress, learning motivation crises, loneliness, and the challenges of the digital age, the "happy university" model is no longer an ideal concept but is becoming a requirement of modern education.
To discuss and find solutions to this problem, Dai Nam University, in collaboration with Soha.vn, is organizing a seminar: “CREATING A HAPPY UNIVERSITY IN VIETNAM: FROM VISION TO ACTION”.
The workshop brought together education administrators, psychologists, university leaders, scientists, and business representatives to share diverse perspectives on human-centered education – where learners not only grow intellectually but also develop emotionally, adaptably, and find meaning in life.
Bringing together many reputable education experts and administrators.
One of the highlights of the conference was the participation of many leading experts in the fields of education, psychology, university administration, and human resource management.

Experts will discuss various issues of current interest, such as: the level of student happiness in the university environment; the role of the university; the responsibility of businesses; and the adaptability of students to the changes of the times.
Education should not only provide vocational training but also nurture human beings.
In the context of a rapidly changing higher education landscape, the question is no longer simply what students learn, but rather: Who will they become after their university journey?
A happy university environment can not only produce highly skilled professionals, but also contribute to shaping adaptable, connected citizens who are capable of creating meaningful lives.
The workshop is expected to open up new perspectives, practical solutions, and promote dialogue on a more humane higher education system, where student happiness becomes the measure of the university's sustainable development.
