Ms. Nguyen Huong Giang - lecturer of the Faculty of Soft Skills Training and Development - Dai Nam University is such a person: both a successful businesswoman and a beauty who won the title of Miss Vietnam Businesswoman.
Three seemingly different titles, but they blend together in her - a modern woman with the heart of a teacher.

Ms. Nguyen Huong Giang - lecturer of the Faculty of Soft Skills Training and Development - Dai Nam University, is both a talented businesswoman and the runner-up of Miss Vietnam Business.

Entrepreneurs on the podium - lessons of practice and courage

Before becoming a teacher, she spent many years in the business world. Her experience in business, management and facing risks helped her see a huge gap between theory and practice, and that is the reason she chose to teach.

“I not only want to teach them how to make a business plan, but also how to deal with failure because it is the failures that teach us to grow up, ” she shared.

In each class, she doesn’t talk much about “success”, but tells real stories about pressure, about faith, about perseverance when the market changes. Those lectures make students see: learning is not just about knowing, but about understanding and knowing how to do, to confidently step out into the world with the mindset of a creator.

In the lecture hall, Ms. Giang is always loved by students for her practical and inspirational teaching hours.

Miss pageant journey - an experience of courage and determination

Not everyone dares to step out of their comfort zone to challenge themselves in a completely new field. But she chose to compete in Miss Universe - not to seek fame, but to test herself, to overcome her fear and affirm: a modern woman can be both good at her job and beautiful in mind and heart.

“The stage not only taught me confidence, but also humility and gratitude. When you dare to put yourself to the test, you will discover your true limits.”

The Miss pageant journey for her was an experience “worth more than any crown” – because it gave her a deeper understanding of determination, perseverance, and the need to constantly improve herself.

Back to the classroom - still a dedicated and inspirational teacher

After the business world and the stage, she returned to the podium - where the eyes of students still moved her the most. Having experienced many environments, she understood that what students need is not only knowledge, but also the belief that they can do it.

“When I see students' eyes light up after each story I tell, I know I'm doing something meaningful,” Ms. Giang shared.

And perhaps, that is why Dai Nam students affectionately call her: "the teacher who knows how to transmit the most positive energy in the school."

In the business world - she is a brave entrepreneur.
On stage - she is a confident, proud woman.
And on the podium - she is a dedicated, simple and approachable teacher.
