According to regulations, the Military-Police Scholarship applies to new students who are the biological or legally adopted children of officers and soldiers currently serving or who have completed their service in the Vietnam People's Army and the Vietnam People's Police, and who meet the school's conditions.
Eligible candidates will receive a 10% tuition fee subsidy for the entire course, applicable throughout the official training period.
According to a representative from Dai Nam University, the policy not only helps alleviate the financial burden on families but also expresses gratitude to those who have contributed and are contributing to the cause of protecting the Fatherland, maintaining security, order, and the peaceful lives of the people.

According to the survey results for the 2025-2026 academic year, 95% of students at Dai Nam University (school code DDN) will have jobs after graduation, with many students being recruited by businesses before receiving their diplomas.
According to school representatives, many students are children of military and police officers, possessing a spirit of discipline, a strong will to overcome difficulties, and a sense of responsibility to the community. These are important qualities for development in the university environment as well as in their future careers.

13 scholarship policies for new students of the K20 cohort.
Besides the Military and Police Scholarships, Dai Nam University also implements 12 other scholarship policies for new students in 2026.

Notably, the Talent Scholarship offers a full scholarship (100% tuition fee for the entire course) along with a living allowance of 120 million VND/year, totaling 360-720 million VND depending on the field of study, for candidates who pass the scholarship committee's interview round. In addition, there is also a partial scholarship worth 50% of the tuition fee for the entire course.
The school also implements many other support programs such as: Talent Encouragement Scholarship (50-100% of tuition fees for the entire course), Education Scholarship (10% of tuition fees for the entire course) for children of education sector officials, Support Scholarship (20% of tuition fees for the entire course) for students in difficult circumstances, Gratitude Scholarship (10% of tuition fees for the entire course) for children and grandchildren of martyrs and war invalids, Dai Nam Scholarship (30% of tuition fees for the entire course), Health Scholarship (20-30 million VND), Future Financialist Scholarship (50% of tuition fees for the first semester), Business Scholarship (50% of tuition fees for the first semester), English Talent Scholarship (50% of tuition fees for the first semester), Sports Talent Scholarship (from 10% - 50% - 100% of tuition fees for the entire course) and Technology Launchpad Scholarship (one laptop per student).
