- Proactively call to attract new and old business customers.
- Learn about customer needs and information about the market, industry, etc. to expand the customer list.
- Develop a set of documents on effective products, sales methods and tools for different Customer segments.
- Comply with internal and external policies, regulations and standards on service delivery
- Provide feedback to the Direct Sales Team Leader in maintaining and improving sales plans and customer approach.
- Trained to become a "Corporate Customer Specialist", guided and developed career with clear and professional orientation.
- The professional - skills - product training program is led by VPBank Academy and management.
- Experience challenging work in a young, dynamic environment with specific KPIs and a direct Instructor.

a) Professional qualifications:
- Education: College degree or higher
- Priority will be given to candidates with experience working in a sales position/regularly in contact with customers.
