Topic: State management of Fintech development: International experience and implications for Vietnam

In the digital economy era, Financial Technology ( Fintech ) not only changes the way financial and banking services are provided, but also contributes to expanding financial access, promoting transparency and improving economic efficiency. Vietnam is entering a breakthrough phase, with many new policies such as a sandbox mechanism for Fintech, building an international financial center and a legal framework for digital assets.

Realizing the importance of connecting policy - academia - practice, Dai Nam University organizes the Fintech 2025 International Conference to:

1. Provide scientific arguments for policy making and perfecting Fintech management in Vietnam.

2. Sharing international experiences on sandboxes and advanced Fintech management models.

3. Suggest solutions to help the Fintech market develop transparently, effectively, and protect investors and consumers.
