Press Release: Dai Nam University awards diplomas to its first cohort of medical doctors.

On July 9th, 2026, Dai Nam University solemnly held the 2026 Medical Doctor Graduation Ceremony, marking the moment when the first students of the Medical field officially received their Medical Doctor degrees after 6 years of study, practice, and training.

This is a special milestone in the school's development as it marks the first time it has awarded degrees to its first cohort of Medical Doctors, affirming its capacity to train high-quality medical personnel to serve society.

Six years ago, parents and students placed their trust in a very new training program at Dai Nam University. Today, that trust has borne fruit as the students who once entered the lecture halls with the aspiration to become doctors are now ready to embark on their chosen profession.

To be present on graduation day, the new doctors have undergone thousands of hours of study, preclinical practice, hospital internships, extended shifts, and rigorous training in professional expertise, skills, and medical ethics.

Behind every degree are beautiful stories of perseverance, hard work, and love for the profession. There are students who overcame difficult circumstances to pursue their dream of studying medicine. There are also those who grew from personal and family losses to choose the path of community health care.

Graduation ceremonies are not only a joyous occasion for the new doctors but also a source of pride for their families, teachers, and partner hospitals that have accompanied the school in training the first generation of doctors.

The program is expected to be attended by leaders from the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Education and Training, the Hanoi Department of Health; leaders from central-level hospitals, health-related training institutions, as well as numerous experts, lecturers, parents, and newly graduated medical doctors.
