Notice on organizing TOEIC graduation conditional exam, school year 2020-2021

NOTIFICATION

Regarding the organization of TOEIC graduation conditional subject exams

Dear : Heads of Departments and Offices

• Based on the training program for the 2020-2021 school year;
• Based on the internship and graduation plan for the 2020-2021 school year ;
• Based on the proposal of the Head of the Department of Foreign Languages;
• Based on actual situation .

The Board of Directors announces the TOEIC graduation condition exam schedule for students , school year 2020 - 2021 as follows:

1. Exam schedule :

1. Object: Students of Dai Nam University include:

• Full-time university students are studying from the 3rd year for 4-year majors and from the 4th year for 5-year majors.
• Full-time university students from previous courses still owe credits.

1. Register and pay exam fee

• Registration:

+ Full-time university students currently studying at the school submit their exam registration forms at the Faculty Office;

+ Full-time university students from previous courses who still owe credits must submit their exam registration form directly to the Training Department.

• Pay exam fee: Students pay exam fee of 250,000 VND at Finance - Accounting Department.

Students can check the detailed exam schedule, exam location, and exam room at the Website: http://dainam.edu.vn/vi/danh-muc/lich-thi or the School bulletin board 1 day before the exam date.

1. Implementing organization

• The Faculties are responsible for transferring the registration list of students under their management to the Training Department 10 working days before the exam (except Sundays and holidays).
• The Training Department is responsible for organizing the exam, the Finance-Accounting Department is responsible for collecting exam fees, and relevant Departments/Offices and Faculties coordinate the implementation.
• The Units in the School are responsible for informing students and implementing.
