Nearly 30 businesses "hunt" for personnel at Dai Nam University while they are still studying at the school.

On the morning of November 29, the Recruitment Day for third and fourth year students of Dai Nam University, organized by the Faculty of Business Administration & Marketing in collaboration with the Student Employment and Entrepreneurship Center, attracted nearly 30 prestigious enterprises in many fields such as trade - services, marketing, finance, real estate... to directly "hunt" and interview candidates right on the campus of the University.

The recruitment fair took place with the participation of nearly 30 businesses and more than 600 connected Dai Nam University students.

With the motto "Graduation fast - Immediate employment", Dai Nam University identifies supporting students to access the labor market as a key task in the training journey. This year, the University continues to affirm its commitment to connecting 100% of students with job and internship opportunities while still in school, helping them have a solid foundation before being "released" into the fierce job market.

This year’s event focuses especially on K17 students - those who are preparing to enter a 3-month full-time internship, a time considered the “golden period for breakthrough”. This is the time for students to approach reality, learn from businesses, get familiar with the process and practice working style. The school believes that being guided by the hand from an early age will help K17 students quickly perfect their skills, creating the premise for becoming official staff right after graduation.

Student Nguyen Van Thang - K17 shared: "Today, there are many large and famous businesses in the industry I study. With the full preparation of knowledge and skills from teachers, I believe that I will have the opportunity to intern at the company I want."

Students are extremely excited to meet directly with leading businesses in the fields they are pursuing.

At the event, Associate Professor Dr. Truong Duc Thao - Head of the Faculty of Business Administration and Marketing, Dai Nam University, shared important orientations on human resource needs and necessary skills in the context of a rapidly changing market. He emphasized the point of view: "Today, businesses not only come to recruit but also show a spirit of companionship, ready to train students to grow and create real value for the organization and for society. All activities today are aimed at bringing a good future for learners"

This event offers hundreds of internship and job positions, connecting nearly 600 students with businesses - opening up opportunities for students to be selected, trusted and accompanied by businesses right from the graduation preparation stage. This is also a clear demonstration of Dai Nam University's training strategy linked to practice. The event does not charge any fees and is organized with the spirit of service: creating maximum conditions for students to have jobs, income and opportunities for long-term development.

At the end of the festival, many students found suitable internship and work units, many were scheduled for second round interviews or received job offers right at the event.
