Gen Z is a smart, agile and creative generation. They were born in the digital age, grew up with technology and accessed global knowledge with just one touch. They always have an abundant source of energy, strong confidence and a desire to assert themselves. But because of that, Gen Z is also the most vulnerable generation, when the ego is bigger than emotional resilience, and self-belief sometimes exceeds real-life experience.

When being praised, it's easy to think you're enough.

Recognition makes Gen Z excited and soar very quickly. But sometimes, confidence without a foundation can easily turn into arrogance. Many people who have only been working for a few months find their boss "outdated" and their company "slow to innovate", forgetting that: true innovation needs to start with understanding the system before wanting to change it. Confidence is good, but only when there is a foundation, confidence becomes strength.

When being vulnerable to criticism

Many of you consider criticism as a rejection, instead of an opportunity to learn. You forget that going to work is a journey of collisions, and any collision can be painful. No one grows up without being "criticized". The problem is not whether criticism makes us sad, but whether we dare to grow from it.

When exposed to pressure, it is easy to break.

Gen Z was born into a world of convenience and speed, but when it comes to real work, they have to face deadlines, expectations, conflicts, and mixed emotions. Many of them fall into a state of fatigue, stress, and even want to quit their jobs – not because they are weak, but because they have not learned how to endure and recover. They know how to express themselves, but they do not know how to “give up” wisely; they know how to fight, but they have not learned how to listen and wait.

Gen Z is not bad, not spoiled, just immature

But it is a “young” with great potential if nurtured in the right direction. When you learn to balance confidence and humility, ambition and patience, you will become a true leader – not only with talent, but also with courage and compassion.

Because education, after all, is not to create perfect people, but to help each young person know how to live honestly, resiliently and have an open heart to welcome both the sun and the shadow!
