From Dai Nam University to Gokstad Akademiet AS (Norway): A journey of cooperation for global education

On the afternoon of September 9, at Dai Nam University (DNU), a meeting and working session took place between the University's Board of Directors, the Norwegian Embassy and representatives of Gokstad Akademiet AS (Norway). This is an important milestone in the internationalization process of Dai Nam University's education, and at the same time opens the door to extensive educational and training cooperation between Vietnam and Norway.

In the context of globalization and strong transformation of knowledge, internationalization of education has become an inevitable trend. A university is not only a place to train domestic human resources, but also needs to become a cross-border knowledge bridge, where students can study, exchange and develop according to international standards. Therefore, Dai Nam University has been constantly striving to bring its students, lecturers and the entire educational ecosystem to the world.

The working session with Gokstad Akademiet AS University was not only an opportunity for the two sides to share their vision and experience in developing modern education, but also to officially discuss the steps to implement the Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation. Notably, there are:

- Develop short-term credit-granting training courses, starting with the Project Management program for professionals in Vietnam.

- Expanding lecturer-student cooperation, co-organizing scientific conferences and developing joint research projects in the future.

This cooperation not only creates international learning and research opportunities for Dai Nam University students, but also contributes to strengthening the friendly relationship between Vietnam and Norway - two countries that always value knowledge, innovation and sustainable development.
