Faculty of Business Administration and Marketing, Dai Nam University - Where each student can grow in their own way

On the first day of entering Dai Nam University, we were like many other students: confused, bewildered, not really clear about the journey ahead. Many of us had chosen this place as a “backup” option… But then, strangely enough, the more we went, the more it seemed right. The more we studied, the more we realized how lucky we were.

Because here is a Faculty of Business Administration & Marketing - where every student is recognized, guided, accompanied and most importantly trusted.

There are teachers who are the strategic planners for the entire Faculty, the leaders in guiding academics and shaping students’ thinking – but are always present silently in project defenses, in student-organized programs, and even when we need personal support. Sometimes just a small word of encouragement, but we remember it forever.

There are homeroom teachers who don’t lecture much, but know whether students are happy or sad just by looking at them. Some are strict, some are very gentle – but they all have one thing in common: they are silent protectors of each student throughout their entire journey.

We often joke with each other: “At our Faculty, students are taken care of like the youngest child in the family.” But it is both a joke and a true statement. We are not only taught knowledge and skills, but also shown seemingly small things: how to communicate properly, how to say thank you, how to not give up when things do not go as planned.

The faculty does not create a one-size-fits-all model for students. Instead, each person is nurtured in his or her own way. Those who are good at research are inspired to pursue academics. Those who are more organizationally inclined are entrusted with programs and events. Introverts are quietly encouraged. No one is left behind. No one is redundant.

Each class from QTKD1501 to QTKD1505 has its own color, but we are united as a united block. We study together, support each other during exams, and fight side by side like comrades in arms when doing events. The most difficult times are also when we see most clearly the value of the two words "friends" - and somewhere in the distance, we can see the trusting eyes of our teachers.  

Dai Nam lecture hall is not splendid, not too elaborate. But it is warm enough to make parents feel secure, sturdy enough to make families feel secure, sincere enough to make students feel secure – and for us to feel secure to grow up.  

In an era where people often worry about their children's future, or wonder where to send their children to "have a career and become a good person" - we believe that: The Faculty of Business Administration & Marketing is that place.  

Real learning. Real living. Real work. Real love.  

The 4-year journey has ended, but the gratitude has not.

Grateful for having studied at a school where every teacher is as dedicated as a companion. Grateful that youth is not only about the lecture hall, but also about art performances, field trips, debates that make you hoarse, and times of overcoming difficulties together. Grateful for having friends, teachers who saw me, believed in me, and never abandoned me on the journey to becoming a decent person.  

If anyone is looking for a place for their children to study properly, live well and grow sustainably - for us, the answer has been clear for a long time. And if we could turn back time, we would still choose Dai Nam - choose the Faculty of Business Administration & Marketing - choose the quiet, dedicated and loving people.
