Dai Nam University was honored as "Educational Environment of the Year" - Top 91 smart education initiatives at SEI AWARDS 2025

Dai Nam University (DNU) has just been honored in the category of "Educational Environment of the Year", becoming one of 91 typical smart education initiatives of SEI Awards 2025. This is an important milestone, affirming the strategy of innovation and comprehensive digital transformation that the University is pursuing.

Ms. Le Thu Ha - Deputy Head of the National Assembly Office and Mr. Phan Xuan Dung - President of the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations presented the "Educational Environment of the Year" logo to Associate Professor, Dr. Dao Thi Thu Giang - Principal of Dai Nam University.

Dai Nam University is highly appreciated for its ability to create a modern educational environment, respecting differences, based on the humanistic philosophy of "Devoted to learners". The school is also recognized for its synchronous application of technological solutions in administration, teaching, scientific research and student support, thereby building a comprehensive and substantive digital education ecosystem.

Associate Professor, Dr. Dao Thi Thu Giang - President of Dai Nam University shared: “The 'Educational Environment of the Year' award is a recognition of the persistent journey that Dai Nam University (DNU) has pursued: building a modern, humane learning environment and applying technology. For DNU, digital transformation is not just about technology - it is about innovative thinking, putting learners at the center and using data to serve more effectively every day.”

Units selected to be honored in the category of Educational Environment of the Year at the SEI AWARDS Smart Education Initiative Ceremony.

The award was presented within the framework of the program “Smart Education Initiative – SEI Awards 2025”. This year, the program recorded the participation of 216 organizations, businesses and educational institutions across the country. Through two rounds of rigorous evaluation, the Jury selected 71 units with 91 typical products and solutions in three categories: Educational Environment of the Year, Educational Innovation of the Year/Innovative Educational Leader and Educational Influence of the Year.

The list of honorees reflects the persistent efforts of the units in promoting innovation in operating models, applying technology and building a digital education ecosystem in Vietnam.

The event, organized by the Education Technology and Digital Transformation Forum (EdTech Vietnam), brought together managers, experts and pioneering organizations in the field of educational technology. The program aims to promote the dissemination of digital models in university administration, teaching, scientific research and digital capacity development for the entire industry.

The “Educational Environment of the Year” award is also a testament to the systematic digital transformation strategy that Dai Nam University is implementing, including:
