As part of its strategy to improve training quality, promote scientific research, and build a modern academic environment, Dai Nam University (DNU) has officially signed a cooperation agreement with the National Political Publishing House – the core publishing house for political theory of the Party and State. This event marks an important milestone, demonstrating the university's determination to link university education with mainstream knowledge, scientific research, and the development of academic culture in the context of digital transformation in education.

Affirming the significance of cooperation between higher education institutions and leading theoretical publishing houses.
Attending the program, on behalf of the National Political Publishing House, were Comrade Vo Van Be - Deputy Director, Deputy Editor-in-Chief; Comrade Nguyen Thai Binh - Deputy Director, along with representatives of the leadership of specialized units.
Representing Dai Nam University were Dr. Le Dac Son - Chairman of the University Council; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dao Thi Thu Giang - Rector of the University, along with leaders of various functional units.
The signing not only signifies professional cooperation but also demonstrates a shared commitment to political and academic responsibility in building and disseminating theoretical knowledge, legal principles, and social sciences within the higher education system.

Integrating training, research, publishing, and knowledge dissemination in the digital age.
Both sides agreed to build a comprehensive cooperation model, based on mainstream knowledge, closely linking training, scientific research, publishing, and academic communication, to meet the requirements of higher education development in the new era.
According to the 2026 cooperation plan, the two units will collaborate in compiling, editing, and publishing at least five books, textbooks, reference materials, and monographs directly serving teaching, learning, and scientific research at Dai Nam University. Simultaneously, they will develop a multiple-choice question bank for five political theory courses, contributing to improving the quality of testing and evaluation in a standardized and scientific manner.

The school encourages its faculty and scientists to participate in compiling publications organized by the National Political Publishing House, thereby disseminating theoretical, scientific, and practical knowledge related to the requirements of training high-quality human resources.
Alongside traditional publishing activities, the two sides will collaborate on developing digital media products such as podcasts, videos, and online platforms, contributing to the innovation of accessing theoretical and political knowledge in the digital environment, especially for students.

Developing a reading culture and academic environment within the school.
Regarding book publishing and promotion, it is planned that in the first quarter of 2026, a Reading Culture Festival will be held at Dai Nam University; and in the second quarter of 2026, a ceremony will be held to introduce outstanding publications of the National Political Publishing House.
These activities aim to foster and spread a reading culture within the school, creating conditions for lecturers and students to effectively access official theoretical, political, and legal publications, contributing to building a serious and healthy academic environment.
In the field of scientific research, the two sides plan to jointly organize scientific workshops and seminars related to current theoretical and practical issues, serving simultaneously the tasks of training, research, and publication.
Donating the "Electronic Book Collection on Protecting the Ideological Foundation of the Party"
At the event, the National Political Publishing House presented Dai Nam University with the "Electronic Book Collection on Protecting the Ideological Foundation of the Party" – a digital learning resource comprising 141 valuable books, integrated on the sachquocgia.vn platform.
The library is an important source of materials for teaching, learning, and research, and also contributes to enhancing the ability of faculty and students to identify and refute false and hostile viewpoints in the new situation.
