Dai Nam University partners with PetroVietnam Securities Joint Stock Company to provide practical training and expand career opportunities for students.

To strengthen the connection between universities and businesses, improve the quality of training towards practical application, and enhance practical experience for students, Dai Nam University (DNU) has officially signed a cooperation agreement with PetroVietnam Securities Joint Stock Company (PSI) - a member unit of Vietnam Oil and Gas Group (PVN).

The signing ceremony was attended by Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan – Deputy General Director of PVcomBank, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Board of Directors of PetroVietnam Securities Joint Stock Company, and Dr. Le Dac Son – Chairman of the School Board of Dai Nam University, along with representatives and staff from both organizations.

Practical collaboration, with a learner-centered approach.

According to the signed agreement, Dai Nam University and PSI have agreed to implement comprehensive cooperation, focusing on practical, long-term activities that directly benefit learners.

Specifically:

The two sides will collaborate on practical training, with PSI partnering with and sponsoring academic programs and competitions for students; and simultaneously researching the integration of PS-AI tools developed by PSI into the curriculum, ensuring compliance with the university's regulations and training orientation. This is an important step to help students gain early access to the tools and technological platforms currently used in the finance and securities sector.

In addition, PSI will create opportunities for Dai Nam University students to intern and gain practical experience at the company, helping students become familiar with a professional working environment, understand job requirements, and receive confirmation of internship completion in accordance with training regulations.

Specifically, the two sides will strengthen professional connections between businesses and universities through activities such as : academic exchanges for lecturers; sending PSI experts to participate in teaching, sharing specialized topics, and providing career guidance for students; and introducing PSI's financial and securities products and services to staff, lecturers, and students of Dai Nam University when appropriate.

Speaking at the ceremony, Dr. Le Dac Son - Chairman of the Board of Directors of Dai Nam University - emphasized that expanding cooperation with reputable businesses, especially those with potential and position in the finance and securities sector such as PSI, is an important part of the University's training strategy, aiming to closely connect training - practice - employment, bringing practical and long-term benefits to students.

On behalf of PSI, Ms. Phan Quynh Nga - Director - affirmed the desire to cooperate with Dai Nam University in training high-quality human resources, contributing to preparing students with a foundation of knowledge, skills, and professional thinking suitable for the requirements of the modern labor market.
