Dai Nam University collaborates with Oberlinhaus Freudenstadt to expand career opportunities for nursing students in Germany.

Dai Nam University and Oberlinhaus Freudenstadt eV (Federal Republic of Germany) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to cooperate in building a roadmap for degree transfer, training, and employment in Germany for nursing students and alumni. The agreement opens up more opportunities to access an international professional environment and contributes to improving the quality of nursing human resources to meet the standards and needs of the labor market.

According to the Memorandum of Understanding, the two parties agreed to establish a cooperative relationship in the field of training and developing nursing human resources and to create opportunities for students and alumni of Dai Nam University's Nursing program to participate in the degree conversion, training, and employment program in the Federal Republic of Germany implemented by Oberlinhaus.

The collaboration aims to build a sustainable career development path for nursing students and alumni, thereby contributing to improving the quality of nursing human resources, meeting international standards and the practical needs of the labor market.

One of the key aspects of the agreement is the collaboration between the two parties to develop and implement a cooperation program, creating conditions for nursing students from Dai Nam University to participate in the degree conversion process and work in Germany in accordance with current Vietnamese and German laws.

The two sides also collaborate in introducing, advising, and selecting nursing students and alumni who meet the program's requirements. This is an important step in providing students with more information about participation requirements, career requirements, and career development paths in Germany.

In addition, students receive career guidance, program information, German language preparation, and other necessary skills to meet the requirements of the degree conversion process and employment.

Beyond training and selection activities, Dai Nam University and Oberlinhaus Freudenstadt have also agreed to promote academic activities and professional connections such as workshops, seminars, counseling programs, academic exchanges, career guidance, and other relevant activities.

According to the agreement, the Vietnam-Germany Training and Cooperation Institute of Dai Nam University is the focal point for coordinating the implementation of the Memorandum of Understanding, based on exchanges and agreements between the two sides on specific cooperation plans.

The memorandum of understanding is valid for five years from the date of signing, providing a foundation for both parties to gradually implement cooperative activities in accordance with their needs and actual conditions.

The partnership with Oberlinhaus Freudenstadt further expands Dai Nam University's international cooperation network in the field of Nursing, while also increasing options for international study, degree transfer, and career development for students.
