Career experience - "real-life lesson" of first-year students of Hotel Management at Dai Nam University
No longer confined to lecture halls, recently, 115 K19 students of Hotel Management, Faculty of Tourism - Dai Nam University had a "real-life lesson" in Ha Long - where every experience becomes a vivid lesson, helping them understand more about their future careers.

This is the core activity of the course “Career Orientation and Experience”, which is part of the training policy of Dai Nam University – aiming at an applied university model, taking learners as the center, linking theoretical training with business practice. Instead of just learning “a profession through textbooks”, students are “learning a profession in real life”, to understand, love and be ready for their future career path.

Lessons from the deck of a ship in the middle of the bay
Amidst the majestic scenery of Ha Long Bay, students set foot on the Luna Ha Long Cruise - an inspiring learning space. Here, students listened to the sharing of Mr. Pham Thanh Chien - Chairman of the Board of Directors of Luna Travel Joint Stock Company, who has devoted much effort to developing high-end resort tourism on the bay.

At Saigon Ha Long Hotel, students get to “go behind the scenes” of the professional hotel service industry. Sharing from managers helps students have a more comprehensive view of career requirements and personal development journey.

At Quang Ninh Museum, students observe tourist behavior, how staff serve, and record real-life materials for the lesson. Every behavior, every small interaction helps students understand better: providing services is not just about operating a system, but also about understanding people.
