6 questions that made the Board of Directors of Dai Nam University "freeze" in front of 1,300 teachers: The "kind" test of Chairman of the Board of Directors Le Dac Son
At the 18th Anniversary of Dai Nam University (November 14) and the 43rd Anniversary of Vietnamese Teachers' Day (November 20) , Chairman of the University Council Le Dac Son raised six questions - seemingly simple but touching on the most fundamental values of a university: Kindness, Responsibility and Aspiration for development for the community.

These questions are not meant to challenge the Board of Directors, but are a strong reminder: “A university is only truly great when its staff are aligned with the right values and serve society together.”
That is also the spirit of Dai Nam University in the new period: taking people as the root - taking community as the goal - taking kindness as the foundation.
1. Is a good Principal enough for Dai Nam to reach new heights?
The vision of becoming a Top 10 university in Vietnam by 2037 cannot be the aspiration of just one person. No individual can create greatness if the collective is not strong enough.
Core message: “A university cannot be greater than the average quality of the people it produces.”
Therefore, Dai Nam prioritizes team development - considering it a core strategy to create sustainable value for society.

Amidst competitive pressure and prejudices about private universities, the question arises: choose the easy path to go fast or choose the right path to go far?
Dai Nam University chooses: “Go slow but be kind. Because going fast in the wrong direction only takes you faster… to the wrong place.”
This is the identity: firmly believing in the right educational philosophy, building long-term values for learners and the community, instead of chasing short-term fame.
