The Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences - Dai Nam University continues to accept full papers for the international scientific conference “Organizational and Industrial Psychology in the Digital Age”, with the deadline for submission of full papers before July 30, 2026.

In the context of digital transformation profoundly impacting the work environment, human resource management, organizational culture, and employee mental health, the field of Organizational and Industrial Psychology is increasingly asserting its crucial role in research, training, and human resource management practices.

To create an in-depth academic forum for scientists, lecturers, researchers, human resources experts, business managers, trainees, and students interested in this field, Dai Nam University, in collaboration with Hanoi University of Science and Technology, is organizing the international scientific conference "Organizational and Industrial Psychology in the Digital Age". According to Announcement No. 1, the conference is scheduled to be held on October 10, 2026, at Dai Nam University, in a hybrid format (in-person and online).
Academic forums connect research, training, and practice.

The workshop aims to announce new research findings, exchange practical experiences, and update on the development trends of Organizational and Industrial Psychology in the context of digital transformation.

In particular, the collaboration between Dai Nam University and Hanoi University of Science and Technology demonstrates the spirit of interdisciplinary academic cooperation, connecting psychology, education, technology, human resource management, and organizational development.

This also provides an opportunity for training institutions, research institutes, businesses, and experts to share knowledge, expand their networks of cooperation, and thereby contribute to the development of high-quality human resources in the digital age.

The collaboration between Dai Nam University and Hanoi University of Science and Technology demonstrates a spirit of interdisciplinary academic partnership, connecting psychology, education, technology, human resource management, and organizational development.

The conference topics focused on a range of topical issues, including: theoretical foundations and new approaches in Organizational and Industrial Psychology; organizational behavior and work motivation in the digital environment; leadership, organizational culture, and employee engagement; mental health, psychological well-being, and work-life balance; research methods, technology applications, and ethical issues in Organizational and Industrial Psychology.

We will continue to accept full texts until July 30, 2026.

The Organizing Committee is pleased to announce that the conference continues to welcome full papers from authors interested in the fields of Organizational and Industrial Psychology, human resource management, employee mental health, digital transformation in organizations, and related interdisciplinary research directions.

Papers submitted to the Conference will be peer-reviewed by reputable domestic and international scientists. Selected scientific papers will have the opportunity to be published in the conference proceedings with an ISBN number.

The Organizing Committee continues to receive full papers from authors interested in the international scientific conference "Organizational and Industrial Psychology in the Digital Age".
Language of the article: Vietnamese or English

Length: maximum 4,000 words.

Formatting: A4 size, Times New Roman font, size 12, line spacing 1.3; left margin 3.5cm, right margin 2.5cm, top margin 2cm, bottom margin 2cm.

Citations and references: presented according to APA standards.

Posting fee
Yearbook publication fees:
• $100 USD per article or VND 2,500,000 per article.
• $50 USD/article or VND 1,250,000/article for faculty and staff of Dai Nam University and Hanoi University of Science and Technology.

Seminar participation fee: free.

The publication fee covers the cost of conference proceedings, participation in sessions, and conference materials. The publication fee is non-refundable if the full paper is not selected for publication in the proceedings or journal.

The international scientific conference "Organizational and Industrial Psychology in the Digital Age" is not only an in-depth academic activity but also a significant milestone in the development direction of research, training, and cooperation of the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences - Dai Nam University.
