The Ministry of Education and Training has just announced the minimum admission scores, or the cutoff scores, for health-related majors that grant professional practice certificates at the university level in 2026.

The minimum admission scores for health-related fields requiring professional certification were announced today by the Ministry of Education and Training.
Accordingly, the minimum quality assurance threshold for admission to health-related training programs with professional practice licenses at the university level in 2026, based on high school graduation exam scores, for candidates in Region 3 is as follows: a minimum score (without weighting) for all combinations of 3 exams/subjects on a 30-point scale, excluding bonus points, and without distinguishing between the exam results of candidates studying the 2006 and 2018 programs.

Last year, the minimum admission score for Medicine and Dentistry was 20.5 points; for Pharmacy and Traditional Medicine, it was 19 points. Nursing, Preventive Medicine, Midwifery, Medical Laboratory Technology, Medical Imaging Technology, Rehabilitation Technology, and Dental Prosthetics Technology had a minimum score of 17 points.
Dai Nam University has also officially announced the minimum quality assurance threshold (admission score) for the first round of regular undergraduate admissions in 2026 for all admission methods of the University.
This input quality assurance threshold applies to the following methods:
1. Review the results of the 2026 high school graduation exam.
2. Consideration of high school transcripts.
3. Review the results of the HSA competency assessment exam.
