Strategic Partnerships for High-Quality Workforce Development at Dai Nam University

Dai Nam University (DNU) reaffirms its mission to elevate educational quality in response to the increasingly rigorous demands of the labor market. Recently, DNU formalized strategic collaborations with the Institute of Science and Educational Development (ISED), CENVI Consulting  and Solutions JSC , and NLP Law Company. These partnerships provide students with early exposure to professional environments, facilitating valuable skill development, practical experience, and a smoother transition to employment upon graduation.

According to the signed agreement, the parties will collaborate in the following areas:

• Implementing internship and practical experience programs at partner enterprises exclusively for DNU students.

• Developing supplementary skills training programs for final-year students to equip them with essential skills before entering the job market.

• Coordinating and supporting each other in training and skill development for staff, employees, and faculty members.

• Coordinating and supporting each other in recruitment efforts, facilitating the hiring of DNU graduates who meet the requirements and criteria of partner enterprises.

• Supporting DNU students and alumni with startup activities, such as business establishment consulting, accounting advisory, and corporate legal consultation.

Speaking at the ceremony, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Van Hong, President of Dai Nam University, affirmed: "The support of our business partners provides a foundation for students to gain practical experience and develop professional skills during their studies. This is an important step for DNU in continuing to meet the growing demands for high-quality human resources by closely linking education with real-world applications."
