Nearly 2,000 new graduates have completed their studies, many of whom have already started working.
At the first graduation ceremony of 2026, nearly 2,000 new graduates, engineers, and pharmacists from Dai Nam University officially received their diplomas in a solemn atmosphere. Not only was the graduation rate high, but many students had already secured stable jobs while still studying at the university.
In fields with high demand for manpower such as Pharmacy, Nursing, Information Technology, Logistics, E-commerce, Marketing, Multimedia Communications, Tourism, English Language, Korean Language, etc., many students have secured jobs before graduation, even working full-time from their final year.
According to the school's representatives, this result stems from a training orientation that emphasizes practical skills, professional abilities, and real-world experience throughout the learning process.

Don't wait until your final year to gain experience; consider internships.
Unlike the traditional model of studying heavily on theory before doing an internship at the end of the course, students at Dai Nam University are exposed to businesses from an early stage.
Throughout their studies, students continuously participate in: internships and practical training in stages; visits and experiences at businesses; course projects linked to real-world needs; specialized courses taught directly by business experts; and on-campus interviews and recruitment activities.

Associate Professor Dr. Dao Thi Thu Giang - the school's principal, stated: "We not only increase the duration of internships, but also organize the entire training process in a way that is closely linked to the profession. Each course module is a step in preparing students for their future employment."
Thanks to early exposure to the work environment, students understand the profession faster, develop a professional demeanor, and significantly reduce the feeling of unfamiliarity when they start working.

Proof of the effectiveness of this model is the DNU Job Fair 2026 - a job fair held right on campus.
The event brought together 75 businesses, offering more than 2,000 job openings across various fields. Students had the opportunity to meet recruiters directly, participate in on-site interviews, and gain insight into real-world workforce needs.
Not just an annual event, Dai Nam University has built a network of hundreds of partner businesses, collaborating with the university from developing training programs and accepting internships to recruiting graduates.
This continuous connection helps many students have their abilities discovered by businesses and be recruited even before graduation.

Real competence, a solid life - the training philosophy of Dai Nam University (Photo: DNU).
When employment becomes the measure of training quality.
In an increasingly competitive job market, a university degree is no longer the only advantage. Businesses need people who can work effectively, adapt quickly, and continue to learn in a real-world environment.
With a focus on integrating business into the classroom, Dai Nam University is pursuing a clear approach: using work competence as a benchmark and practical experience as the training environment.
Graduation ceremonies are therefore not just about receiving diplomas, but also about the time when many students are ready to embark on their career journey with genuine abilities and prior preparation.
