Dai Nam University officially organizes the Miss DNU: Beauty of Dai Nam 2026 contest.
To honor the comprehensive beauty of intellect, character, demeanor, and confidence of female students at Dai Nam University, the Miss DNU: Dai Nam Beauty Contest is organized to create a meaningful platform for students to cultivate self-confidence, communication skills, and nurture positive life values. Through this program, the University will select and nurture outstanding student representatives to participate in activities representing the University's image, media, and events; contributing to spreading the image of Dai Nam University students as dynamic, intelligent, responsible, and aligned with the University's training orientation in this new development phase.
I. PRINCIPLES OF ORGANIZATION AND PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITION
1. Academic and ethical standards for students
Contestants must ensure they are students of Dai Nam University and have not violated any disciplinary rules at the level of reprimand or higher throughout the duration of the competition. Contestants are responsible for maintaining an image, demeanor, speech, and behavior appropriate to the university environment; any actions that affect the reputation and image of the University may result in disqualification and revocation of related results.
2. Principles of fairness and transparency in evaluation
The results of each round are judged based on criteria issued by the Organizing Committee, ensuring objectivity and fairness, and are not influenced by personal factors, relationships, or external influences. Audience voting results (if any) are for reference only and do not replace the professional evaluation of the Judging Panel.
3. Image and communication management in the school.
The images and information of the contestants will only be used for educational communication purposes, promoting the image of students and the official activities of Dai Nam University; they will not be used for personal commercial purposes or outside the scope of the University's activities without the consent of the contestants and the Organizing Committee. The Organizing Committee is responsible for ensuring that the use of images complies with regulations, is appropriate to Vietnamese customs and traditions, and is suitable for the educational environment.
4. Ensuring a civilized and safe participation environment.
The Organizing Committee is responsible for ensuring a healthy and respectful participation environment, and will not tolerate any form of body shaming, insults to dignity, harassment, or negative pressure. All feedback and suggestions from contestants regarding the organization process will be received, considered, and processed through the Organizing Committee's designated contact point.
5. Educational orientation and student development
The competition is organized not only to honor achievements but also to aim at educating, training skills, character, community awareness, and the image of a confident, responsible, and humane Dai Nam University student. Activities within the framework of the competition must ensure alignment with the training objectives, pedagogical environment, and the university's comprehensive student development orientation.
II. CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION
The participants are female students and trainees currently studying and training at Dai Nam University, who meet the following conditions:
- Ages 18-24;
- Possesses good moral character, does not violate the law or the school's regulations;
- Must be unmarried and have no children at the time of registration, in order to ensure uniformity in the eligibility of students participating in the school's extracurricular activities;
- A cumulative GPA of at least 7.0/10 is required on a 10-point scale;
- Height must be 1.58m or taller (suitable for stage performances), and is not intended to judge the student's character or academic ability;
- Submit a valid application form in accordance with the program's regulations.
III. REGISTRATION METHOD
Contestants register by filling out the Application Form for the 2026 Dai Nam Beauty Contest and submitting a soft copy of one set of photos (original photos, unedited, are mandatory), including:
But 01 portrait photo (showing both eyes, nose, and mouth clearly);
But 01 full-body photograph;
- One photo of your choice.
Image naming conventions:
FULL NAME_Portrait / FULL NAME_Full Body / FULL NAME_Select Your Own
Rules for photo submissions:
- Nudity and semi-nudity photos are strictly prohibited; photos with content contrary to Vietnamese customs and traditions are also prohibited.
- Photos with two or more people are not accepted.
- Each image must have a file size of at least 2MB.
- No facial or body modifications.
- No distinction is made between photos taken in a studio or outdoors; black and white or monochrome photos are not accepted;
- The right to select, edit, and use photos belongs to the Organizing Committee;
But Photos submitted by contestants must be submitted personally; the Organizing Committee will not accept photos submitted on behalf of others.
Note: Contestants are required to sign a commitment with the Organizing Committee regarding their image, conduct, and speech throughout the competition.
IV. COMPETITION ROUNDS
1. Single loop
Timeframe: From now until February 9, 2026
The judging panel scores the contestants based on:
- Application form for the exam;
- A set of photos to be submitted with the application.
At the end of the Application Round, the Organizing Committee will select high-quality applications to advance to the Casting Round.

2. Casting Round
- Date: Tuesday, March 3, 2026
- Content: Contestants will perform a catwalk; answer short interview questions; wear self-selected attire as specified by the Organizing Committee.
- At the end of the Casting Round, the 40 contestants with the highest total scores will be selected for the Preliminary Round.
3. Preliminary Round
- Date: Tuesday, March 17, 2026
- Content: Ao Dai (Vietnamese traditional dress) performance; Individual talent; Etiquette.
- At the end of the Preliminary Round: The 11 contestants with the highest total scores as judged by the Judging Panel and the contestant with the highest number of votes on the Organizing Committee's voting system will participate in the side events and the Final Round.

The performances are designed with an educational focus, respecting cultural values, ensuring aesthetic appeal, and being appropriate for the educational environment; they are not commercialized and do not exploit students' images for profit.
- The contestant with the highest total score after all rounds of the competition will be named "Miss Dai Nam 2026".
