Practical training – the key to helping Dai Nam University students find employment quickly.
In an increasingly competitive job market, whether graduates find employment has become a crucial indicator of the quality of education at a higher education institution. In fact, at Dai Nam University (DNU), many students don't need to wait until graduation to start their careers; they often find employment, even with stable incomes, while still studying.

Learning by doing - a consistent guiding principle in training.
Unlike traditional, theory-heavy training models, DNU is committed to practical, hands-on training that focuses on students' employability. From their first, second, and third years, students gain exposure to the business environment through internships, apprenticeships, and part-time work in their chosen field.
Associate Professor Dr. Dao Thi Thu Giang – Rector of Dai Nam University, stated: The university designs its curriculum to increase practical training and real-world experience; connect with domestic and international businesses; link training with the workforce needs of society; and equip students with professional skills and work ethics… This helps students avoid "shock" upon graduation, enabling them to quickly adapt to the job market and create real value from an early stage.

After nearly 20 years, DNU has been the destination for nearly 55,000 students, and currently has nearly 25,000 students and trainees studying in all training programs.
Many training programs report starting salaries ranging from 12 to 15 million VND per month.
According to statistics from business networking activities and graduate employment tracking in 2025, 95.03% of Dai Nam University students will find employment in their field of study. Furthermore, many of the university's programs record common starting salaries of 12-15 million VND/month, and even higher for high-performing students or those working in large, international companies.
Business Administration, Marketing, Multimedia Communications, Public Relations, and Economic Law are prime examples, where students are trained with a focus on practical application and hands-on experience, gaining early exposure to businesses, law firms, and legal departments. Many students start working in their third or fourth year and have stable incomes before graduation.

In the field of Information Technology, the demand for human resources continues to remain high, creating opportunities for students to participate in real-world projects and start working early at technology companies and software firms. As a result, many students achieve starting salaries of 12-15 million VND/month, or even higher for those with strong professional skills.
Similarly, majors in English Language, Korean Language, Chinese Language, and Japanese Language benefit from the wave of investment by Korean businesses in Vietnam. Graduates have many job opportunities in FDI corporations and businesses, with common salaries ranging from 10 to 15 million VND per month, increasing with language proficiency and practical experience.

Meanwhile, Pharmacy and other health-related fields, especially Nursing, continue to be in high demand for human resources. Students gain practical experience at hospitals and medical facilities from an early age; many work while studying, accumulating professional experience and earning income during their training. The employment rate for graduates in these fields is considered high.
The above evidence shows that linking training with the practical needs of businesses and the labor market is helping Dai Nam University students improve their professional skills, expand job opportunities, and improve their income right from graduation.
It's not just about jobs, but about the capacity for sustainable development.
According to Associate Professor Dr. Dao Thi Thu Giang, Dai Nam University's goal is not just to help students "find jobs," but to cultivate sustainable professional competencies. Students are trained in: professional thinking and a sense of responsibility, the ability to adapt to a changing work environment, lifelong learning skills, and a serious and professional approach to their work. This is the foundation that helps learners not only find jobs early but also have the potential for long-term career advancement and development.

DNU students enjoy a modern learning environment where theory is combined with practice.
While many educational institutions prioritize quantity over quality, Dai Nam University has chosen a sustainable path: using the quality of education and the effectiveness of its graduates as benchmarks. The fact that its students find employment and earn stable incomes even before graduation is clear evidence of this approach.
