There are moments that last only a few seconds but are the culmination of a journey of many years. A SACRED MOMENT OBTAINED BY YEARS OF EFFORT
On the morning of July 10th, the campus of Dai Nam University was resplendent and solemn with the students' graduation attire. From early on, streams of people had flocked to the university to await the most important moment for their children. There were images of mothers carefully smoothing their children's gowns, fathers constantly checking their phones for fear of missing the moment their children stepped onto the podium, and even elderly grandparents with white hair who insisted on being present to witness their grandchildren's coming of age.

Each name called out on stage lasted only a few brief seconds, but those few seconds of pride were the result of four, five, or six years of tireless effort. It was the culmination of stressful exams, sleepless nights working on projects and theses, and months of hands-on experience in businesses and hospitals. And today, all the hardships, all the moments when they almost gave up, are proudly encapsulated in a graduation diploma.

BEHIND THAT GRADUATION CERTIFICATE ARE YEARS OF PARENTS' SILENT SACRIFICES.
The most beautiful moment of the ceremony wasn't on the stage, but quietly unfolded in the audience – where fathers and mothers kept their eyes glued to their children's every step. Some turned away to wipe away tears as soon as their child's name was called, others stood up and applauded, and some clutched their bouquets, overcome with emotion. Most notably, the image of four generations of families together touched the hearts of everyone present in the hall.
A diploma bears the student's name, but behind it lies a world of things never printed on paper. It's the hurried meals a mother ate to save money to send to her child in the city, the quiet struggles a father faced to pay tuition fees, and the phone calls from home asking simply, "How are you?". Income and social standing may vary, but the unconditional love of parents for their children in university is always immense.
"THE CERTIFICATE IS ENGRAVED WITH OUR NAMES, BUT THE MERIT BELONGS TO OUR PARENTS AND TEACHERS."

If the first part of the ceremony was filled with overwhelming joy as the graduates received their diplomas one by one, the moment that silenced the entire auditorium was the expression of gratitude. Representing the graduates, Doan Thien My (a Public Relations student from the Faculty of Communication) moved many to tears with her heartfelt words: "The diploma bears our names, but the credit belongs to our parents." Immediately after her speech, nearly 2,000 graduates simultaneously turned to face the audience, bowing deeply to their parents. The distance between the stage and the audience completely disappeared, giving way to tight embraces after years of waiting.

Immediately after their parents, the graduates placed their hands on their left chests, facing their teachers to express their deepest gratitude. Behind each doctor, engineer, bachelor, pharmacist, or master's degree holder whose name was announced today lies the indelible mark of their teachers – those who have devoted themselves to imparting knowledge, training skills, and instilling confidence so that their students can confidently step into life.

GRADUATION IS NOT THE DESTINATION, BUT THE STARTING POINT.
Speaking at the ceremony, Associate Professor Dr. Dao Thi Thu Giang - Rector of Dai Nam University - extended her congratulations to nearly 2,000 graduates and emphasized that: The most valuable thing after today is not just the diploma in hand, but the ability, character, and spirit of lifelong learning. In a world that changes every day, only those who constantly learn, innovate their skills, and maintain integrity can go far. This is also the consistent training philosophy that Dai Nam University has always pursued: Not only imparting knowledge, but also cultivating practical professional skills, responsibility, and a desire to contribute so that students are ready to enter life with their "true abilities."
