Application documents include the following documents:

3. Decision or official dispatch of the agency allowing to send to study (for cases of being sent to study) [Download ]
4. Health certificate
5. Certified copy of university diploma
6. Certified copy of transcript of all academic records
7. Certified copy of diploma, foreign language certificate (if any)
8. Legal documents on priority subjects (if any)
9. Six (06) 4x6 photos with name, date of birth, and field of application written on the back
