Dai Nam University Officially Designated as Testing Site for HSA Competency Assessment by Vietnam National University, Hanoi from 2025

The collaboration between Dai Nam University and the Hanoi National University Examination Center (VNU) will facilitate convenient conditions for examinees in Hanoi and neighboring provinces to participate in the Highschool Student Assessment (HSA). This initiative aims to ensure transparency and objectivity in assessing high school students' abilities.

In recent years, many universities nationwide have used HSA results to admit candidates into their programs. 

Under the signed cooperation agreement, Dai Nam University and the VNU – Center For Educational Testing (VNU - CET) will collaborate on various aspects:

- Coordinating the organization of VNU's Highschool Student Assessment at Dai Nam University's testing site (No. 1, Pho Xom Street, Phu Lam, Ha Dong, Hanoi).

- Utilizing technical infrastructure, equipment, and facilities of both parties suitable for computer-based assessment purposes.

- Utilizing HSA assessment data for university admissions purposes, sharing academic performance data of admitted students for competency analysis.

- Cooperating on communication activities to support exam organization and promote university admissions of both parties. 

- Supporting candidates in using HSA results to register for university admissions.

- Collaborating on research activities and technology transfer related to examination and competency assessment operations; providing Engineering and Technology services in examination fields, developing examination tools, organizing professional training courses, technology transfer, and certification issuance related to examination and competency assessment as needed.

The signing of this memorandum of cooperation not only enhances the relationship between Dai Nam University and the Hanoi National University Examination Center(VNU) but also contributes to the success of the 2025 admissions season and subsequent years, while promoting the development of higher education in Vietnam.
