Dai Nam University is the exclusive university in Northern Vietnam collaborating with Vsource Educational Consultants Pvt Ltd, India on Medical training

On December 28th, 2022, Dai Nam University signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) with Vsource Educational Consultants Pvt Ltd in India. Following the terms of the MoA, Dai Nam University would begin to welcome Indian students for General Medicine training in the academic year 2023 - 2024.

Attending the signing ceremony, on the side of Dai Nam University, there were Dr. Le Dac Son – the Chairman of the Board; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Van Hong - the Rector; Ms. Cao Thi Hoa - the Vice Rector; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hoang Duc Hanh - the People's doctor, Dean of Medicine Faculty; together with the heads of related Departments.

On the side of Vsource, there was Mr. Mohammed Gulam Mustafa Pasha - the Managing Director.

Speaking at the ceremony, Dr. Le Dac Son stated that: “Dai Nam University has an enlightened policy on internationalization of higher education. In recent years, Dai Nam has signed training cooperation agreements with many international universities and institutes, such as: University of Minnesota (USA), Foreign Trade Academy of Nigeria, Polish - Japanese Academy of Information Technology, etc. One of our strategic goals is to gradually internationalize all  the training programs of Dai Nam University, and the Signing ceremony of cooperation  with Vsource Educational Consultants Pvt Ltd marks the first achievement of that development strategy”.

Dr. Le Dac Son committed to supporting Indian students to the fullest during their time at Dai Nam University

Mr. Mohammed Gulam Mustafa Pasha highly appreciated Dai Nam University for its dynamic and modern learning environment as well as the philosophy "Learning for change". He did believe that Dai Nam University would be an ideal learning environment for Indian students in the coming time. “Dai Nam University is our exclusive partner in Northern Vietnam, which Vsource especially puts complete trust in and decides to build collaborative relationship. I believe that the General Medicine training program of Dai Nam University will bring many development opportunities for Indian students.” as Mr. Mohammed confirmed.

Mr. Mohammed asserted that Dai Nam University's educational internationalization strategy would be a major leap forward in higher education in Vietnam

According to the MoA between two sides, Dai Nam University shall welcome Indian students for General Medicine training with a training period of 6 years. After completing the training program, students will be awarded Bachelor degrees of General Medicine by Dai Nam University. The curriculum would be entirely in English and be taught by lecturers from Vietnam, India, and the USA.

Dr. Le Dac Son emphasized at the ceremony that: “Dai Nam University could provide all the best learning conditions for Indian students such as receiving up to 200 - 300 Indian students per year to study at Dai Nam University, etc.”

The Signing Ceremony is expected to bring many development opportunities for both sides

The Signing Ceremony marks a significant head-start in General Medicine’s internationalization of Dai Nam University. It contributes to the improvement of Dai Nam's position in the top universities’ ranking in Vietnam in terms of Health section, which promotes Vietnam's effective collaborations with other countries.
