Businesses were surprised by the bravery, independent and creative thinking ability of DNU students in the final of the contest "Conquering employers"

With the motto: Concentrate all resources so that students can "level up" their skills and connect with businesses; Aiming for the goal of 100% of students having jobs with attractive income, the Center for "Employment and Student Entrepreneurship" of Dai Nam University organized the contest "Conquering employers" - one of the highlight of the Job Fair program - Job Fair 2024.

Nearly 500 strong candidates come from 36 majors of the school

With a clear career orientation and progressive spirit, Dai Nam University students always proactively seek opportunities to develop themselves and approach employers. Therefore, right from the opening of applications, the "Conquering Employers" contest has attracted the participation of nearly 500 excellent contestants from 36 industries.

This is a testament to the spirit of continuous learning, the will to progress and the desire for success of the young generation of Dai Nam University.

The final is a "confrontation" of the 10 best contestants of the season.

Reputable jury team

The final round's judges are leaders of prestigious corporations and businesses: Mr. Ta Dinh Canh - Chairman of the Board of Directors - PT Sun International Education System; Mr. Vu Duy An - Deputy General Director and Director of Strategic External Affairs of Bao Son Group; Ms. Nguyen Chau Huong - Operations Director of Hrchannels Group - Recruitment Agency; Ms. Le Thi Hai Van - Deputy Director of Tokyo Tech Lab Academy Joint Stock Company; Mr. Nguyen Van Linh - Founder of YouthPlus Education Technology Joint Stock Company.

Ms. Pham Thi Dung - Director of the Center for "Student Employment and Entrepreneurship" presented a gift of gratitude to the Jury.

Mr. Vu Duy An highly appreciated the expertise, skills, bravery, confidence, presentation ability, logical and fierce reasoning of Dai Nam University students.

Fiery scenes

At the program, 05 competing teams brought sharp arguments surrounding "hot" issues that caused "controversy" on social networks such as: "Going to work must be fun" or "Going to work must know how to accept receive"?; Just pursue your passion, success will follow you; Constantly comparing ourselves to others makes us better?; In the office environment, how do you perceive "old ghosts bullying new ghosts"?; Should you choose a job that is true to your passion but has low salary or choose a job that is not true to your passion but has high salary.

The impressive presentation brought three teams, Hight To Hight, Innovators and Fire, into round 2 - Discussing problems.

Team Hight To Hight successfully defended the viewpoint "Old ghosts should not bully new ghosts, but there must be harmonious exchange and combination to achieve the best work efficiency" and won the Champion award.

Contestants Nguyen Mai Quynh - QHCC 16.01 and Ngo Minh Anh - QTKDTH 15.04 of The Innovators team won the runner-up prize.

The prize was awarded to 02 girls Tran Bach Duong - TMĐT 15.02 and Vu Thi Mai Anh - KT 16.02 of the Fire team.

The Prospect Award was given to the Sun team and Never Give Up.
