Announcing 05 responsibilities of Dai Nam University

After 15 years of construction and development, right at the beginning of the new year of Quy Mao, Dr. Le Dac Son - Chairman of the University Council announced 5 core responsibilities of Dai Nam University towards: Students, parents; Key staff; Staff; Country and society; Investors.

Our first responsibility is: Dai Nam University must be the place to provide the best training services so that parents and students can truly trust and choose. The school must continuously strive and improve to provide better and better training quality to learners.

Dai Nam University provides the best training services so that graduates can have a good life and be good citizens.

Our second responsibility is: The key staff of Dai Nam University must be people with good morals, talent, well-trained, experienced and capable of solving problems. In particular, they must be people who understand the truth, understand the core values of Dai Nam University to act. Do not evaluate staff based only on academic titles but mainly on work efficiency.

Key leaders - the extended arm of the School Council and Board of Directors in implementing the School's development goals.

Our third responsibility is: Responsibility to the personnel working at Dai Nam University; must ensure labor safety, reasonable salary regime, fair management regime, and adequate working conditions. Employees are allowed to make suggestions and speak out about things they are not satisfied with. Leaders and managers at all levels must be qualified and appointed fairly; there must be opportunities for promotion for those who are qualified and must be considered based on their dignity and ability.

Dynamic, modern, creative, fair working environment, maximizing the potential of each employee.

Our fourth responsibility is: Dai Nam University must act as a model citizen, responsible to the country and the community; participate in charity activities, protect the environment, care for and protect community health... At the same time, make the community familiar with and support the activities of Dai Nam University.

Diversify volunteer activities for the community, guiding learners to the values of truth - goodness - beauty.

Our fifth responsibility is: The school must be responsible to investors, bringing stable and sustainable profits to investors to continue to accompany and build Dai Nam University to develop and last forever.

Dr. Le Dac Son - Chairman of the Board of Dai Nam University affirmed: "We are committed to fulfilling the above 5 responsibilities to the best of our ability in each stage. Dai Nam University must be a truly special university in the higher education system in Vietnam in the future."
