Organize traditional camps and student fairs

I. TIME AND PLACE
1. Time: 08:00 November 13, 2017 to 22:00 November 14, 2017
2. Location: Dai Nam University Yard - Phu Lam Campus, Ha Dong, Hanoi.
3. Officer in charge: Comrade Phung Thanh Long - Deputy Secretary of the School Youth Union.

II. CONTENT
1. Rules and requirements
- Camp theme: Based on the general theme of the camp "Student Entrepreneurship" . Each camp creates its own theme and registers with the organizing committee.
- Decorate the camp according to the pre-built frame. Size of each camp: 6m frontage, 3.5m height, 5m depth (3m camp, 2m fence and camp gate).
- Encourage camps to decorate creatively, arrange sound systems, speakers, flashing lights...; display typical traditional cultural products;
- Faculties are free to trade and sell products and services, and organize games suitable for students and the specific characteristics of their profession.
- The camps are organized to sell and do business. Business content must be registered with the Organizing Committee before November 4, 2017.
- Before 09:00 on November 15, 2017, the booths will be cleaned and handed over to the Organizing Committee.
2. Camp allocation and location
- Each unit will be given a booth by the Organizing Committee in the following order: Information Technology (1), Nursing (2), Economic Law (3), Foreign Languages (4), Accounting (5), Public Relations (6), Tourism Management (7), Business Administration (8), Banking and Finance (9), Construction - Architecture (10), Pharmacy (11,12), Pharmaceutical Technology Center (13,14).
